THE SCHOOL OF FILO’ / Valdagno, IT (2025)
Collaborative mural created during The School of Filò, a research-based art and architecture program investigating the social and spatial dynamics of the Valle dell’Agno. Working alongside students from the Architectural Association (London) and residents of the Meggiara community, we transformed the outer wall of the communal oven (still a central gathering place) into a large-scale, site-specific artwork. Using earth pigments collected from nearby hills and natural binders, the mural links bread-making with memory and intergenerational exchange, reinforcing the oven as a living social infrastructure.
