LA CAIENNA / 2019–2024
Self-managed community space founded and led by the artist with a small core group of five, in a former factory in Vicenza. It combined co-working and artistic production, with individual workstations alongside shared areas (kitchen, garden, lounge). It ran without hierarchy, sustained by mutual aid and reused materials. The space was later profiled by Reset Network in "Independent Cultural Spaces in Italy: A Portrait of Unconventional Success."
