LA CAIENNA / 2019 - 2024
La Caienna was a self-managed community space housed in a former factory in Vicenza. It combined co-working, artistic production and ecological activism and functioned as a hybrid cultural center rooted in collaboration, sustainability and shared knowledge. The site offered individual workstations alongside common areas (kitchen, garden, lounge) and supported a non-hierarchical internal economy based on mutual aid and material reuse. Over the years La Caienna hosted 30+ active members, incubated several collaborative initiatives and sustained long-term projects through adaptive, relational practices.
